Sanum believes in being a good corporate citizen and gives to the communities in which it is involved. Most recently, Sanum built one of the most advanced schools in Laos, and will be donating it to the Nongdeune Village. Sanum has built a kilometer long paved road with sidewalks and street lights by the village to replace a poorly constructed dirt road that had flooding problems. Sanum has also started a school to train resort workers and has 180 students attending.
